    Brooke has had good-sized boobs for a while now and she's probably stopped developing anyway, it's just a great coincidence that her and Flanagan both had major breast growth while they were in their teens playing sisters on a soap, Flanagan's boobs just got more attention because they started to get big when she was a little younger and the show's producers made such a big deal of having her flaunt her rack pretty soon after it started seriously developing, but both girls are definitely natural, and Brooke's boobs don't actually look that much huger here, she's just squeezing them together in the second picture, and the nice thing about the first one is that you can see what a tight stomach she has to go with those big tits
