    I am no doctor but that does not look like a tattoo removal to me. Looks more like psoriasis or a some other fucked up shit that just hasn't healed well.
    Friend of mine had a tat removed and it didn't look like that at all. Hopefully whatever it is, it will heal up soon.

    I think it's some sort of foot injury because it used to look bruised as well. Anyway, it looks like it's getting better so hopefully it goes away.
