    I think only celebs in Los Angeles/Hollywood "gets followed by paparazzi". Elsewhere when a celebrity goes out, she's likely not to be snapped.

    yes, but the thing is that there's celebs who practicaly seek for the paparazzis (Miley, Vanessa, Lindsay, any Kardashian... well, a lot) and anothers whom didn't care about them, like Emma, Scarlett...
