That's entirely up to you but I think X crossed a line without thinking he did so. He even said as much. Obviously he has some issues of his own to work out and I hope he does so and returns soon. He's a good contributor for the fact that he brings a note of intelligence and thoughtfulness to the board that can be lacking at times.

As for me, I don't see what he took offense to. The demotivators with the little kid are hit and miss but a few of them literally made me laugh out loud, as have others you've posted, and I appreciate you posting them in the first place. I for one (and I'm by no means alone) know you have a good heart and contribute with the best of intentions. I've never seen you post a single thing that would merit a ban - including the image that earned you a ban - and don't believe you would knowingly in any malicious fashion ever do such a thing. Perhaps it's because I know you are a mature, intelligent and rational human being and a man of stalwart integrity. For those who don't harbor the same opinion and knowledge, more's the pity.
