    The late hour, for one thing; not many children watching. Also, they may have adjusted the rating from TV-PG to TV-14 (or whatever) for this particular show (ratings are self-applied). Finally, since the nip slip on the Today show, she may have stated "up-front" (pun, ha-ha) that she would wear pasties, thus preventing another slip, which ironically allowed more boob to be shown than if only the bra portion was worn. Everything on TV is planned and calculated.
