    It's hard to quantify "celebrity" in a forum like this. Rosie appears on magazine covers, and is fairly well known for being a model. Then you've got people like Kendall Jenner, who, as far as I know, is only famous for being attractive and hanging out by the pool. I'd never heard of her until like a week ago when I saw a thread about her. We should then have a separate subforum for socialites who are unaccountably considered celebrities?
