    No, that's a nipple cover. You can see the circular outlines of it pretty clearly in the first pic. Pretty standard stuff for celebs out and about while wearing demi bras.

    (I know - first thing I checked, too.)

    Frankly, I'm surprised she can find a nipple cover that actually obscures her impressively large areolas.;) She's certainly shown them off enough without covers in the past.
