This doesn't need to become an argument. And in principal, I actually agree with him. You bring up a good point which is a key thing about this site and I usually don't read much of the discussion past the initial post - why exactly people have to share the crude details of their sexual fantasies. However, if I throw off flippant or irreverent remarks about the celebrity in question, I've gotten shit about it.

For example:

Last week, someone posted Hayden at Jets training camp and someone posted how they wanted to see the whole team run train on her and videotape it.

My larger point was about the unnecessary need for all of the borderline misogynistic posts so very common to the Celeb Forum. It's been a casual discussion among many members of the forum for the past several years that I've been a member and seems to be growing more common as time goes by.

As for vixen, she by no means needs a white night. Far from it. Nor do any of the other female members who regularly post and contribute to this board, come to that. In fact she's often more vulgar than the worst of us except she does it with class, and doing it with class is something we should all aspire to. That's probably what I should've said in the first place but I got called away to supper so was rushed to finish my thought. Which I clearly didn't.

I love the comments that Phunners make. Sometimes they're borderline, sometimes they make me feel uncomfortable but I am also one who will take a celebrity down if they have some irksome qualities about them. I also detest some Phunners who blindlessly defend certain celebs who really are great targets and highly deserving of derision - but I never call them sluts or cunts because that's how my "Mammy brung me up". I think something we all have in common here (male or female ) is that we love women and lust for most of the celebrities that appear here - otherwise we would be looking at something else on the internet.

Personally, JLH is the celebrity who I've lusted after the longest, since Winona Ryder is now dead to me, and if she were to finally give us all the breast exposure we've been forever craving and for which she's built a career out of duping us males into believing may one day happen (you're dead to me too, Jennifer Aniston) we could all have a collective fap and be relieved of this tension that's been building up from the years of tease and put her behind us. But that's not what she wants us to do so the tease will continue until she merely fades away and marries some rich California realtor who rubs her toes, feeds her cats, helps her go shopping and never asks her for sex. :2cent:

And I agree that many posts here at fun are frighteningly misogynistic, and not in an ironic or humorous way. It's just naked hate (or fear, if you like) of femininity. You see it how whenever a lady cuts her hair short, she's immediately called a dyke or a man. Or when K-Stew cheated on Pattinson, she was immediately a whore. (You'll note that I took umbrage with those people, too) For many here, whenever a woman doesn't fit a very antiquated stereotype, they are immediately attacked for it.
