    She certainly dresses the part. That doesn't mean too much but she's also acting very bizarre which does indicate a substance abuse situation. All of this is pure speculation, but unless one of us is in that inside circle of celebs who participate in extra-curricular activity (there's more than one Heidi Fleiss in Hollywood) who can say for sure.
