    There have been plenty of studies done about the intoxicating effects of drivers on marijuana, and nothing indicates that it affects their ability to drive coherently. In fact, the study done by the National Highway Transportation Safety Administration found that drivers high on weed are more careful than sober drivers.

    Also, the people who keep saying she's lost her license are obviously wrong. She was pulled over without incident the other day, and here she is out driving again. This wouldn't be happening if she didn't have her license.

    Couldn't disagree more. When I was 18 I got so high on the chronic at a party that I had to open the driver's side window and stick my head out so that I could follow the dashed white line in order to stay on the road until I got home at 3 a.m. I had been toking for 5 years by that point but after that experience I swore that I would never get behind the wheel stoned or drunk ever again. I lke my bud, don't doubt that for a second - but I am old enough and wise enough to never get in a vehicle with anyone who is impaired from any type of substance ever again. :2cent:

    TMZ has confirmed ... Amanda is driving illegally, because the DMV suspended her license on August 25. As for why her license was yanked, we believe it's because she refused to take a sobriety test when she was busted for DUI in April. In California, such refusal results in automatic license suspension.
