Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads. If you see your gif playing once you post, try to use a smaller thumbnail and if that does not work use a different approved host.

    It will.

They are just doing this for the syndication unfortunately.

Not entirely true. The new writers seem very well into keeping it the same show. Granted it wont have the Harmon touch the new guys seem to have it in hand plus they still have an entire roster of writers who worked with Harmon working on the show.

It's my favorite comedy, so I was pretty sad when I heard Harmon was fired. But yeah, the new writers are definitely fans of the show, so I do have high hopes. It won't be the same, but I trust that they will keep Harmon's overall vision intact.

Besides, Comedy Central already purchased the rights to syndication for the first three seasons back in March; two months before NBC renewed it for 13 more episodes. They didn't need to produce more episodes for it to be in syndication.

“Given the success we’ve had for the past four weeks – including winning the first week of the season in A18-49 – we’ve decided to continue to concentrate our promotional strength on our new NBC shows that are scheduled Monday through Wednesday and have therefore decided to hold COMMUNITY and WHITNEY from their previously announced premieres of October 19th. Without having to launch these comedies on Friday at this time, we can keep our promotion focused on earlier in the week -- plus we will have both comedies in our back pocket if we need to make any schedule changes on those nights. When we have a better idea of viewing patterns in the next few weeks, we will announce new season premieres of WHITNEY and COMMUNITY. “

    Welp.
