    here's the rub for me at least. I've never heard of anyone browsing through the CDs at the record store saying "hmm....here's Katy Perry's newest album...I'm gonna buy her album because I like her politics"...but I damn sure have heard people say "I used to love this band/person/artist until they started mouthing off about politics". Just ask Natalie Maines.
