    as far as i am concerned it doesnt have to be nudity just because she doesnt show her tits. A bare ass could be considered nudity as well, but that is just me.

    A bare ass is not considered nude by any stretch of imagination. If that was the case, then anyone who mooned would be deemed as 'going/gone/went nude'.

    It anyway isn't termed 'in the nude/buff', if someone just shows her tits. There are appropriate titles such as 'topless' etc., used 98% of the time on this forum. All I'm saying is that the posts should be appropriately named and shouldn't misguide the members, just because you ain't clear with certain terms.

    Can't believe I'm doing it, but here are two dictionary definitions of nude I found:

    1. "devoid of a natural or conventional covering; especially : not covered by clothing or a drape".
    2. "naked or unclothed, as a person or the body".

    Now, if you claim she IS covered or clothed in that picture, you have my blessing to report me to the forum's admins.
