First off, I understand the rule. I've been cropping Kylie and others out of pictures for months now. But these threads below were posted with nothing being said about them. Nothing personal against the posters. I'm just using these threads as examples. Had I posted them, you would've definitely said something to me about them.

My point is, there are a ton of threads on here with under 16 girls that MODs either overlook or ignore. If I had posted any of those, you would have probably either messaged me complaining or just flat out banned me. Did anything happen to any of them? No. Of course not.

And don't act like I try to get away with things. I do my best to avoid under 16 girls and I crop a ton of my pictures to remove Kylie or whoever underage out, but I guess that goes unnoticed. I guess you also forgot how if I'm ever unsure of if it's okay to post something, I always ask a MOD first.

So don't act like I'm a problem here or like I don't try my best to avoid posting anyone under 16. I think it's safe to say I go above and beyond compared to others to make sure my threads aren't breaking the Kylie Jenner rule, while others get away with it and nothing gets said or done about it. Ever.

And I do post "real women." I post threads including Rihanna, Ashley Tisdale, Kaley Cuoco, Katy Perry, Maria Menounos, Barbie Blank, ect. Sorry not every girl I like lives up to your ridiculous standards and not everyone is in your age preference.

And don't give me that crap about "teeny boppers." I'm breaking no rule by posting any of them. Every "teeny bopper" I post is 16+ and according to the rules you and your MODs set up, that's perfectly fine. So why don't you get off your high horse and stop acting like you're above or better than everyone else here?

And Bamboo is right. You do undermine the autority of other MODs. I remember a few months ago I found a "questionable" picture of Stella in a pool with friends in bras. Before I posted it, I asked Flippy if it's okay to post that picture. He gave me the thumbs up. Then, later in the night, you basically threatened to ban me for posting that picture. I told you Flippy approved it and you responded, "I don't care. I would've trashed it had I been here when you posted it. Keep that in mind for the future."

And as for the Dakota Fanning thread I had with her sister in the B/G? I went back in and blurred the images so people who can't just simply ACT SENSIBLY wouldn't complain. And still you did.

I've seen loads of candids on here with sisters, daughter and other people in the background or next to the subject. You know what I do to avoid it? Nothing, I'm not looking at them.

Grow up. It's obvious who the people in the images that are posted are supposed to be. There are people in the background? Who cares! Do you walk down the street and raise your gaze to the skies every time you go near someone you think might be under sixteen?

 

What in the world are you talking about? Those movies aren't beholden to rules on this site. The members are. Furthermore, please show me a list of these "hundreds of movies" that you're referring to.

Also, no one was nude in American Beauty and anyone can post pictures of Mena Suvari because, guess what? She was older than the rule for the celebrity forum.

Hahahahahahahahahah! Oh man. Okay first and foremost what is the point of LOCKING an objectionable thread then leaving it up???? We are still able to view and D/L the pic! That seems to me the most important question. This was brought to Scribes attention and he made a ruling. If it's Phun legal then there is no reason for it to be locked. Flippy should have just taken the damn thing down in the first place and all this bullshit infighting would have been avoided.

 

I've been coming to phun for years and lurking for the most part. I just joined up not to long ago so I could post my comments and thanks here for those posting pics and content. My opinion doesn't mean shit because I'm not a mod but, I'll give it anyhow. The rule about not posting chicks under 16 is retarded. It's not like any of the pics would be nudes since they're under age. The problem is the tasteless comments people make about how hot they are or what they want to do with them physically. They're just fucking comments. They can be ignored and rightfully so. Just like if somebody on the internet calls you a worthless piece of shit, a cum guzzling fag, etc... You can simply ignore it. I understand the mods decision to ban under 16 pics and for that reason, I don't look for them and aren't disappointed in them not being here. There are other sites on the net where you can find that type of stuff. Phun simply isn't one of them. No big deal. It's an annoyance to have to edit pics where a younger subject is in them but, them's the breaks. Follow the rules or don't post. It's that simple. Maybe the mods will change their minds on it... maybe they won't. Quit fucking bitching about it though because it's a moot point. This isn't a democracy. It's a site that somebody pays for and they can manage it however they wish. Be happy you have outstanding contributors that keep the site supplied with ample content. Ample, High Quality, content. Be happy with what you've got and move on... that is all.

 

If Dakota Fanning was 17 in this picture I really don't see the problem. I, like most here, don't actively seek out pictures of girls this age or younger, but it's not like she's nude with her legs spread or something! It's just a slightly see-through dress!

And regarding the subject of movies - Thora Birch was indeed only 17 when she did her full topless scene in American Beauty (one of my favourite films, not for that reason though). Other actresses have had nude/sex scenes at a similar age or even younger. Drew Barrymore supposedly had a see-through scene was she was just 14 or something (not seen the film so not sure), and Keira Knightley was supposedly only 15 when she flashed her tits in The Hole...

Anyway, I've had my fill of forums that suffer from bad/selective moderation and it ruins them, and I'm not just talking about celebrity ones - I'm a keen retro video game fan and I left the Retro Gamer forum over two years ago because the mods were tossers. My days of posting pictures myself are long gone, my only contributions here are occasional comments, so mods - feel free to ban me if it makes you feel powerful. If, however, you're sane and rational people, I strongly suggest you decide on a set of rules here, clearly define them, and enforce them equally.
