    Here is my theory. In many climates people gain weight when winter comes, some inactivity, some eating. When these young actresses and personalities go to hollywood, they are still accustomed to the winter weight carry. After a few years they realize there is no winter per se, so they stay the same weight year round. She finished the hunger games episode so I guess she is living well for now.
