How do you sell a tape that doesnt belong to you. This is a Vivid produced video, made with Vivid money on Vivids budget for production. So use your noggin, she never owned shit. Vivid just paid her like they did James Dean to perform in the video. Vivid bought the tape from her according to these links and she received 1.5 million dollars.

Steve Hirsch is the head honcho at Vivid. He is the one who produced the video in the first place. The statements he made and continue to make to media outlets about going after, purchasing, and money amount is all fluff to perpetuate the illusion that this was a private tape between Farrah and her personal boyfriend. When in reality, its a tape between her and porn star James Dean. Steve will continue to sell the fantasy of it being a sex tape, and make up huge numbers to push the illusion.
