    I love looking at LD. But I have to say that this is THE STUPIDEST idea for exercise that I have ever seen. Stretching on a surfboard is dumb as fuck. But hey, let's bring our dogs! Yea, they love running around! And there is at least 2 ft of unused space right HERE! Then again, I can understand the desire to make exercise less boring.

    And damn, she looks great.

    I don't know about the dog part of it, but I assume the surfboard and the motion of the waves adds a balance component to it, kind of like the natural equivalent of a bosu or balance board. Plus, she's outside that way, and we get pictures.
