    Wait, I have a question... Do you mean anyone under the age of 18 or 16? Last I checked, 16 years olds are 'Phun Legal' or whatever, so, can you please clarify so I don't get my ass kicked off here? I don't want to comment on a 16 year old who is alright to be posted on here but not alright to be commented on since she is under 18 :D
