I’m amazed at the amount of people that want to dump on Britney Spears when only a short time ago the world, and most of the folks on this site, worshiped her. Sure she fucked up driving with the kid in her lap, but, if any of you out there are parents think how hard it is going to place to place with your child as it is. Let alone having fifteen or twenty jackasses surrounding you everywhere you go trying to get a picture of you and your baby.

What I'm saying is that its difficult enough being a parent of a newborn or toddler without having your life under a constant microscope, and, photographers always in your face. I'm sure if left alone she wouldn't have to run to her car, baby in lap, and try to get away. Or, feel pressured to navigate quickly in and out of crowds while holding onto her baby to what – yes you guessed it, get away again. She may be on your favorite “45” but, she’s still human and feels pressure or anxiety. Add that to the demands of a newborn and it isn’t easy.

From your tone, language and attempt at sarcasm I'm pretty sure you're not a parent. I'd guess you're probably still sitting in Mom and Dad's basement with your pud in your hand waiting for a couple of buddies to come over before a great night of "we're soooo cool" and "let's insult somebody and prove how bad we are". Or, probably the highlight of your night, "hey-wanna go hang out at the Burger King and pop some pimples...".
