Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     We were this close --> <-- to getting the new B18C1/5 (Type-R bottom end, GS-R head) completed. Engine was in the car and most of the fab work was finished. Then st00pid gets this wild idea and goes "Hey, let's put a K24A2 in it!" Recently people have been making some really ridonkulous amounts of power out of the K-series motors like Onyx with his 646whp/522tq out of a STOCK K24A2 with bolt-on turbo kit. So I just had to do it... Now I'm back at square one :)

    Holy shit, 646whp with forced induction? Geez. I've heard the K20a3 had it's limitations but these k24a2 engines are phenominal. A friend of mine just acquired one for his 02 Si that he autocrosses around D/Fw. We're probably going to end up dropping it in soon after our trip to Motorsport Ranch. Glad to see you posting here. Keep up the great work with the car, and the photography.
