She was arrested for playing loud music. She was not intoxicated. Her disobedience consisted of 1) refusing to get naked in front of strangers to take a shower and 2) taking off her restraints. In response she was tied to a chair and strangled until she lost consciousness. WTF!?! I hope she wins a ton of money. I also hope that a big chunk of that money comes out of the salaries of the people who assaulted her.

You need to listen to it again. She was cited for playing loud music and arrested for drunk and disorderly conduct. She said she wasn't drunk but the only sober people I have seen act like that are mentally unstable. I believe most cities don't require a field sobriety test or a breath or blood test to arrest or convict someone of 'drunk and disorderly conduct'. As far as the shower goes, I don't know but if that is the jails policy then I would advise her to not play her music loud enough to piss someone off. The host sure did some major ass kissing too.

They did it because she pissed them off, they wanted to "teach her a lesson," and they thought they'd get away with it.

The chick might be a bitch, but that's irrelevant. Most people the police take into custody are bitches, dirtbags, or worse. It's part of the job. They're not allowed to beat people up just because they feel like teaching somebody a lesson.

I have never heard of a case where the police would book you in for just playing loud music. She knew her daddy was a hi power attorney for the state and he would bail her out. Common sense to any sane person would have been if the police restrain you you don't try to piss them off by getting out of it. She was stupid for doing so if she wasn't drunk. She got what she deserved.

 

Fuck that drunk little cunt... she's lucky she didn't get punched in the face like most males would have. I really hope she gets what's coming to her and they leave the officers alone.

1) you don't get arrested for nothing at all.
2) If your restrained, it's because you were acting or being out of control.
3) If your restrained you don't resist.
4) Just because your Father is some State Official does not make you above the law.
5) If you are a State Officials Daughter and you break the law you face the law in the same way anyone would.
6) notice in the video after they showed her restrained and then she broke free, CBS plays the same footage of her initially being restrained....stupid media. There is missing footage, We do not know the details but we do know this footage is from CBS and depicted as they want you to see it, incriminating. If it is in fact used as evidence, the entire video would be viewed.
