What I mean is: when someone clicks on one of your Aniston pics above, they now get taken to the DMCA removal notice I posted. Your GIFs are no longer available... :33:

That's why I suggested you might want to try uploading to a different hoster (like dumpyourphoto) and editing and replacing those links in your original post.


I've never seen a GIF removed for copyright infringement like that before. Not a good sign for the new -nxs, perhaps...

Is that query string at the end supposed to lead to something specific to the images in this thread? I'm just getting the homepage of a commercial take down service. Or, am I missing something?

In case you weren't aware, DMCA isn't specific to that service. It's the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, a US law meant to enforce copyright while giving people hosting content safe harbor as long as they are registered with the government and remove infringing content when notified about it. But, it's also become a more general term for any take-down notice.

Or is there some other reason you think it was from that service specifically?

That's kind of what this sounds like to me if it's just those gifs. It's crazy how they think that will somehow work. It always just puts more attention on whatever they are trying to take down.

 

never seen this before, first of all, i made the gifs myself ( as i always do ) secondly, why me,
i have an idea who this person is, and believe me, if i am correct, i will make this persons life a complete fuckin misery....

 

listen folks, at the risk of turning this into a discussion thread, it looks to me that this webshite will let anyone ( pay their 10 dollars, and get a dmca badge ) and use their badge for any pic, gif, video or whatever and take them down themselves....

 

i declare, that i do not own this movie, nor do i own jennifer aniston, i do however OWN these animated gifs, the only copyright that can be contested is from the maker of the film " we are the millers " or from jennifer aniston herself....lol....
