    There's still hope - Helen Hunt recently was naked through most of a movie, and she was 49. Her body still looks great!

    It depends on how desperate they are to get work. As long as Julianna is still working, you won't see it - she doesn't want to "jeopardize her image" for her TV show. But once her show is cancelled and she needs a job she might be more willing. Helen Hunt had only had two movie roles in five years before "The Sessions" in 2012, and I'd bet that she would have done real hardcore at that point to make some money.

    Yeah, The Sopranos was kind of the one and only shot I think so I gave up hope when it didn't happen there. She even made it through a Steven Segal movie without getting naked and that's saying something.
