    I am a big fan of Katie but I don't think what we are seeing is related to childbirth, looks like she had liposuction (see Tara Reid) and this is the after result if the skin is somewhat stretched.

    I'm sure there are lots of surgeons that can "fix" her, but maybe she's happy with her body. Not all celebs are obsessed with having perfect bodies.
