Not wanting to blur the lines here, as I agree with not making sexual comments on younger celebrities, but you might want to amend your a fore mentioned rules. This is of course a direct quote from the sites Phun Personal Conduct Guidelines (with bold, and underline added for emphasis):

In such cases, sexual innuendo of a graphic nature will be looked upon and addressed with dire prejudice. In particular: Anybody making sexually explicit or suggestive remarks about children under the age of 16 will receive an instant ban! No warnings! So we urge you to THINK before you post and to be conscientious of other people's personal values.

If you wish to include 16 then you might want to reword that to as there is no other mention to any of this in the Phun House Rules.
