    I think the one with her skirt blowing up is from closer up. Probably a different photographer a second after the one you have. It really could be.

    don't be a tool. it's a bad fake... the angle is exactly the same and at the exact same time. go ahead, compare them. it's the same photo, and it's clearly a terrible fake.

    put your glasses on, the two pics are a split second apart. Notice the right bottom of her purse as it rests on her hip, no match. look again at her right fingers and how they grab her skirt. no match. Other details don't match, look at the shadows on her skirt.

    Now, look carefully at the bottom hem of the "real" pic. some of that detail there matches the bottom hem on what you call fake.

    Until the real pic shows up proving a fake, case is open!
