    I lost most of my respect for the man when he was charging fifty notes to see him at barrowlands. Shocking money for a band that was always supposed to be a band of the people. The month previously I saw a metal band in the same venue for almost half that price and they were far better than motorhead. Lemmy and motorhead are sailing on past glories and few glories at that.

    Too many people revere so much in rock music that just doesn't deserve it. Motorhead are good, but not that good and certainly not gods.

    Prince is definitely a God and only charges $20 a ticket. He could easily charge hundreds more.
