    far from natural, you can see what looks like a scar underneath one of her breast in the first couple of pics. She also got her teeth capped or something like that as well. Overall she does look better that she did before, but the biggest thing is she lost a lot of weight versus the weight she had several months after she got her boobs done. She looks better with more weight and it helps her boobs from looking so lopsided like they do in these pics.
