    Just so you know, being a vegan is far more interesting than eating cardboard ;). Whether you eat meat or not, freshness of ingredients and spices/herbs are what make a meal taste great.

    I'm not going to get into any sort of OT discussion, but total veganism is eventually very unhealthy. Many nutritional deficiencies can form if one isn't mindful: iron, omega 3, b-12 etc immediately come to mind.

    In fact, some minerals/vitamins/nutrients simply cannot be gotten anywhere other than from animal by-products. Not to say the pursuit or rational behind being vegan/vegetarian isn't completely admirable.

    BTW, huge fan of supplementing your diet with fruit/vegetable smoothies here. Just had one this morning, in fact. Would have loved for Alba to have made me one. ;)

    Actually, A) it's very relevant to Alba being a vegetarian, which either decreases/increases her attractiveness to some. B) This forum would be absolutely boring with trite comments such as 'neato' and 'cool.' C) Invisibl started it. :)

    If what I said is indeed true (again trust but always verify) and it raises anyone's curiosity, then it would help to make Invisibl or anyone else (reading my message) healthier.

    So yeah, increase your intake of veggies/fruits, but don't forget the meat. Just be careful of getting bad meat in the can.
