    To me, Sofia Vergara is the most illustrative example. But plenty of attractive celebs, from Beyonce, to Jennifer Love Hewitt, to Mariah Carey, to Kim K fit into the mix.

    I don't know that her ass is big, but Kelly Brook would be another example who seems more reflective of the prototypical, voluptous WOMAN than Kate Upton.

    And what's crazy is that there are women with considerably smaller chests who I would still consider "curvier" than Kate Upton. Shakira, Rihanna, Rita Ora, etc.

    And supposedly stick-thin models/actresses like Candice Swanepoel, Jessica Alba, Jessica Lowndes, etc. have more feminine figures than Kate Upton does. Freaking Kendall Jenner does. And Miley Cyrus, whose ass routinely gets mocked for being non-existent, has far more of a shape to her butt.

    People point to Kate Upton like she's a revolutionary for "curvy" women, but that's not accurate. She's actually a fairly skinny woman who just doesn't hit the gym enough. I don't think she's "fat" - but she's definitely more "fat" than she is "thick."

    Yeah that makes sense, I mean I do like Kate, I think her boobs are amazing and she has quite a girl-next-door look to go along with that. I'm also so happy that you brought up Rita Ora, she is my favourite girl and I know she isn't exactled stacked like Kate but she still has quite the amazing set of boobs ;)

    And I do agree with your legs argument, who would be some that you say have the best legs?

    Part of Kate's allure is that the typical "fashionistas" don't get why we men love her so much. Reality is that fashion is controlled by women and gay men, so it's not unusual that things like "skinny with no boobs" and "short pixie cuts that make a woman look like a boy" are popular and fashionable with that crowd.

    When someone like Kate comes along, these people plotz all over themselves. She's curvy and cute but not jaw-droppingly gorgeous and the crowd just doesn't understand. Also, she's not a size 0 but is in no way fat or heavy, so they can't even embrace her for that. So Kate's popularity among men just drives them crazy, they just don't get it at all.

    Endless debate in so many threads about the pros or cons of women's figures! none of my female acquaintances bitch this much. Not to mention than none of you will ever get close to even touching a professional model! It's embarrassing.
