    Definitly an incision scar. Color of lower aerola border changes too abruptly. Wow.. Always thought they were natural...

    Cindy just has very small areolas further shrunken due to cold. Doesn't look like an incision scar to me.

    look again.

    the bottom arrows point where the scar is . which is where they are typically made in surgery.

    the upper ones are the way it naturally looks.
