    Notice that a lot of other people in the pictures are in short sleeves, shorts, etc. I think people who live in southern states such as California are so used to near-constant high temps in the summer, that if they come to a place in Canada like Toronto, and the temps are slightly lower than average (as it has been for a few days in Toronto), they bundle up. Which is kinda hilarious :p Either way, it's hella hot here and you won't catch many Torontonians these days wearing what she's wearing.
