    To be fair, the US is pretty much the only country in the developed world were nudity is such a taboo. US actresses aren't as culturally open to nudity as those in the UK. Mirren probably sees nothing risque about showing her boobs publicly, whereas Aniston and Hewitt would probably need intensive therapy and counseling before and afterwards.
