    Kid killer. She deserved some jail time, but luckily she was rich, white and attractive. Sorry, but she makes me want to puke.

    she hit a 9 yr. old boy with her car & killed him in June 2001... sad.

    -Gayheart plead no contest to misdemeanor charge of involuntary vehicular manslaughter following a 2001 incident where she struck a nine-year-old boy crossing the street in Los Angeles. Although the boy was jaywalking, traffic had stopped to let him pass. Gayheart allegedly swerved into a left-turn-only lane to pass the stopped cars and struck the boy, who died the following day from his injuries. Later that year, she flipped a rental car into two parked cars. Her father blamed this accident on stress from the first accident.-

    holy fuck... that's terrible. i had not heard that i don't think, if i did, i totally forgot about it. poor kid. it's hard to judge unless you were actually there... i mean, if the kid was jaywalking on a busy street it's hard to blame her.

    Well it was accident, but she was driving recklessly while chatting on her cellphone. I didn't expect her to serve a life sentence. However, she deserved to spend some time in jail, before being able to buy her way out of trouble. The child basically died because she was impatient, and not paying attention. Of course, this is one of the major issues with the good ole' USA. The famous and wealthy are almost above the law, and it's a shame.

    Anyone else not famous, wealthy, or white would have had to spend at least a few months behind bars. And deservedly so.
