Therefore, please do not use imagebam, or any host, that provides live playing gifs in those specific threads.     My latest attempt. A little choppy still.... :-?
    Any tips from you other gifsters how to get a good flow...
    without a "billion" frames!! :mad:

    i tend to keep lots of frames in mine, but make the canvas smaller, (using imageready)
    so you cut out unnecessary background stuff.
    then do the 4-up optimise thing, and save the smallest file
    it keeps the jerkiness to a minimum, while making the gif size(mb) as small as possible. (obviously, the jerkiness is still here because i used yours as a source)
    yours before= 1.7mb
    after= 577k

    I have already applied this to another that was too big.
    It's still big but less than half the size!!
    PLUS... that "dude" is out of the frame now!!! :-D
