    That shot was only in the original promo trailer and rough cut of the movie. In the rough cut you saw her totally topless in the shower- why any self-respecting editor would remove that from the finished film is one of those decisions that will go down as apparent madness for centuries to come. In fact, a lot more nudity and sex from Gillian ended up on the cutting room floor and looks like it will never ever leak sadly.
