    she's one of those British 'IT' girls from late 90's/00's her peers were the likes of tamara beckwith and tara palmer tomkinson. so basically born into money with no real purpose or job in life.... lol.

    Nice! Haven't seen Lady Vic in a long time. She sort of invented the "celebrity because your lady-parts are falling out all the time" racket. About 10 or 12 years ago she started wearing sensible clothes and disappeared. Nobody wanted pictures of her any more. All of a sudden she's losing her dress again—this is at least twice in the last couple of weeks—and she's famous again. And people are saying, "Who is she?"

    Nice to have her back.
