as a lifelong jogger, i gotta say what is this bullshit with young people walking as exercise? all she's doing is walking and slowly i'm sure cuz i see it all the time when i'm out running.

pick up the pace and work up a sweat and maybe you wouldn't have weight issues selena. fuckin 22 years old and already 10 pounds or less away from being fat. walking slow is for the elderly and morbidly obese. young people are so lazy nowadays.

i said young people, but it's mostly females from what i see. it's just an excuse to buy workout clothes and sneakers and go outside and talk to their friend or play with their phone. they're not breaking a sweat. just getting in my way while i'm trying to workout for real.

 

I run an hour everyday and I constantly see people checking their texts while out for a "jog". WTF is wrong with people that they can't put their fucking phones away and concentrate on their run and clear the clutter from their mind for what most of these losers is a mere 10 minute exercise. :soapbox:

these same people are usually the ones who stop to hydrate every couple minutes too. i've run 10 miles and even half a marathon distances so many times without drinking anything during or even before heading out. playing with your phone and hydrating is like a workout routine apparently.

 

the diet being more important thing is bullshit. ask anyone who exercises regularly. you can eat anything and look great if you exercise on the regular. especially if you're 22. i'm guessing this is her big workout routine: walking slow. pathetic.

 

Noop diet first, exercise comes second, don't just 'ask anyone' look it up, educate yourself before you call something bullshit, talking about pathetic..

 

Truth. Nutrition is just as important as activity. People think they can't run off a donut but they can't that is where being 22 comes into play and a young metabolism will give an extra edge.
