    Her entire "birthday celebration/vacation" is a fully planned, restricted-access photo op. Paps/agencies must pay to get photos. On E! news, they revealed that Kylie (and of course, pimp-mom Kris) gets paid to be at these locations and events, as well as for every outfit, swimsuit, and jewelry she wears. The lack of ass shots is clearly part of the agenda, for some reason.

    Of course, she looks good, and is responsible for hundreds of gallons of jizz being expelled in the last week.
