    That's the affects of Restalyne , it’s ejected in the lips to make them plump up, and look more sexier they say. I think it makes them look like a blowfish! Ashlee, and Jessica both used it. There were some pics of Jessica lips around the same time these were taken of Ashlee. Her lips are back to normal.
