    Wikipedia has a weird policy where they'll actually take down pages if they deem the subject not worthy of merit. It's a really weird stance for an online seemingly unlimited encyclopedia to take, but I guess it saves on their server bills or something. If you tried to make a Lucy Aragon page on Wikipedia it would probably be pruned, or redirected to Kate Upton's page if it mentioned her there.

    Eh, she was also on The Bachelor as the "wacky, naked hippie chick" and precedent has been set already saying that literally anyone on an American reality television show can be a celebrity.

    Also, from the look of her Twitter and Instagram accounts these pictures seem to be relatively tame compared to what she's been putting out there of her own volition.
