Actually, it was 18 years ago in 1997 and I was in a committed relationship. I used to get up in the middle of the night and go into the spare bedroom where our IBM Aptiva running Windows 95 and on a 56k modem was set up. I had to close the bedroom door because the damn thing made so much chatter as it started up and I had to make sure the sound was turned down before hooking up to the internet so that the high pitched screeching didn't wake up our dog, which would then wake up my girlfriend.

She: "Hon, what are doing on the computer at this time of night?"

Me: "Just checking my email, sweetie. I'm expecting an important message from one of my friends who is overseas."

Then when I got back into bed she would grab hold of my dick - if I didn't get hard right away she would accuse me of rubbing one out at the computer, and if I did and tried to go further with it she would let go of it, turn over and tell me to go back to sleep, leaving me with a massive case of blue balls. So, back to the computer room I would go! :tongue:

 

It made sense having her play Shay Mitchell's mom on PLL.

 

Got my first computer about 11 years ago, when I was 41, and that was a used PC my sister offloaded on me as a "gift." I had used computers at work prior to that time, but I had never given a second thought to the internet. I had a fully functional social life and had no use for it. Oh, the good old days.
