    It's for VS's Swim Special for T.V. Last yr they shot it in Puerto Rico and Maroon 5 and some local band were the musical guests. It's for VS to show off their new swim suits. This yr the musical guests are Demi Lovato and Nick Jonas. It aired last yr in February, so I'm assuming that will be the same for this coming up year.
