    I'm not sure. She was always tiny and has always had very high cheekbones. She was thinner than this in Black Swan (where even she admitted she lost too much weight for the role, and felt a bit unhealthy).

    Either way, I think she looks incredibly gorgeous here.

    Well, she IS beyond her teenage/"baby fat" years. She's petite, always has been thin but with the age removing that soft layer, she's definitely looking more Keira Knightley-ish.

    Add-on: Lots or actresses sort of suck in their cheeks on the red carpet and gently hold them in with their teeth. Natalie has always done that, and she's doing it here, too. Being so thin, it is really noticeable.
