    Either two options:

    -The photographer has the good photos and won't release them.

    -The photographer was actually paid by Dylan to give her more exposure/publicity.

    It makes no sense that the photographer has 40 photos of her on the balcony yet a 1" metal strip just happens to block the most vital area in the best photos.

    Of course it's no coincidence, this was done on purpose so she could gain publicity without actually showing the goods. It's a strategy adopted by more and more wannabe celebrities today, unfortunately.
