    IMO she never looks amazing. Its like she still styles herself and never learned how to use her body to her advantage. Even in these, the dress is amazing, but she looks plain. She really needs a hollywood makeover

    She still has this awkwardness about her, I can't explain it. Like she's still 14 year, wearing braces, and playing dress up at these events. It's her posture, facial expressions, and overall mannerisms. Just awkward kid-like.

    Like she would rather leave the event early so she can go home and draw horses in her a notebook.

    It looks to me that she and her handlers have a plan to incrementally show more skin and/or more risque' outfits (and in small increments, at that). She certainly doesn't seem to have any sluttiness in her personality, but current fashion for those at her celeb level dictates more than her previous pretty little tops and high-waisted shorts.

    She can obviously pay whatever it takes to look flawless, and it's working pretty well, imo. How much more body she will show is up for speculation, but even at this point we may get to see a nipslip, underboob, etc., with outfits like these.
