We can hope although my understanding of Breast Reduction surgery is that it leaves a lot more scarring than Breast Implants so maybe see thru would be the best option, or wet t-shirt.

Actually, she has scars under her boobs, around the areolas and then another scar connecting those two. It's called an anchor cut because it has an anchor shape and it's used for breast reduction.

a simple google search with show you that a reduction is more than just and underboob procedure. Often in the case of a large reduction, they remove and place the aureola and nipple in a new location to make it aesthetically pleasing.

Bad Robot, it depends on the woman's body and musculature. My wife is very thin but has natural 32-I breasts. She has never, ever complained about back pain to me. The only pain she has is the underwires of her her bras cutting into her flesh after a long day. She does have a freakishly strong upper body and very erect posture. I believe that is why she has no back pain. Depends on the woman.

My worries about Ariel are a bit different. She reminds me of Christina Ricci in that she is shapely but she can appear fat because of her curves. Ricci went on crash diets in order to not appear fat and, in so doing, ended up losing her curves and looking anorexic. I hope that Ariel keeps a level head and doesn't try to destroy her self and her body just to look "skinny".
