    I'm pretty sure she has some type of rubber/silicone breast enhancement with artificial nipples. Do a google search for "Breast enhancers" and you'll find tons of links (even Amazon sells them).

    If she was in a bad city and stray bullet made a 2" deep wound in her chest/tits, it still wouldn't be near her actual boob.
