    Agree. Chloe is beautiful, and that outfit is unflattering! I realize she has a serious physique issue and all - having such a short upper torso - but you would think that there would be ways around that, and clothes she can wear that won't do anything but add to how evident it is (her short upper torso). But what do I know? My apologies for my ramblings.......

    They honestly don't look at all perky now. Just small. Don't get me wrong. She's still one of my favorites. Just not sure I agree with the perky assessment.
