it's not real.

first of all, they don't take glamour shots of women in a doctors office - they take polaroids of the tits. for christ's sake, it looks like she smiling for her graduation photo. it was obviously chopped.

 

Hehe, plus she would have to give her consent. As a celebrity, she would never grant that. I know as a fact that a doctor cannot simply snap a nude of you for his archives without it. Oh, and she wouldn't be wearing jewelery. Even the faker should have known that much. :roll:

it's fake, but as fakes go, it's not that bad.

 

I think it's fake cause you wouldn't have your face all make up and all that after surgery, you would just be waking up from the dosage of the stuff that makes you sleep.

Nice fake though, I would love for it to be real, cause it does look damn real, but the story behind it isn't (ie. makeup after surgery).

post op pictures are taken weeks after surgery. immediately after- when she was just waking up- the implants would still be sitting really high and her chest would be covered in bruises. therefore it's vaguely possible that she would have makeup on when she went down to have her post op check up.

having said that, it's still clearly fake, but the concept of makeup in the photo is not that out there.
